Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
Shipping Carrier
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the United States only. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping.
Cold Chain Shipping
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain product integrity during transit. Upon arrival, refrigerate immediately at 2-8°C unless otherwise specified.

Flat-rate shipping applies to all U.S. orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
RBN Peptides is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
- Packages marked as delivered but reported missing (contact USPS directly)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Our branding appears only on the interior packaging once the outer box is opened.
