All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following limited situations:
- Damaged in transit: If your product arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will replace the damaged product at no cost.
- Incorrect item shipped: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a correction.
- Order never delivered: If USPS tracking confirms your order was lost in transit (not delivered within 14 days of shipping), we will replace the order.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Products opened, used, or reconstituted
- Products improperly stored after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated)
- Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery confirmation
- Address errors entered at checkout
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (for damage claims)
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
