What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used by scientists and laboratories for in-vitro experimentation. They are sold strictly for research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every lot is independently tested for purity and identity. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every product — scan the QR code on your packaging or contact us with your lot number.

How should I store my products upon arrival?

Unless otherwise noted, lyophilized peptides should be stored refrigerated at 2-8°C and protected from light. Reconstituted peptides should be stored refrigerated and used within their stability window.

How long does shipping take?

Orders process within 1-3 business days and ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within the United States.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final, with limited exceptions for damaged shipments, incorrect items, or orders lost in transit. See our Refund Policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not accept payment from anyone under 21 years of age.

Can you provide dosing or usage advice?

No. We do not provide medical, dosing, or therapeutic guidance for any product. All products are sold for laboratory research use only.

How is my order packaged?

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Branding appears only on the interior packaging once the outer box is opened. Temperature-sensitive products ship with insulated liners and ice packs.

My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Contact USPS first with your tracking number. If USPS cannot locate the package, contact us at @rbnpeptides.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
